169 Young Hearts Screened at Brentford Community Hub

Last weekend brought a new milestone with over 750 people aged between 14 and 35 years old, screened in Robert’s memory. Brentford FC Community Trust hosted the CRY team for our 5th screening event, supported by our Heart of West London partnership and Brentford Football Club.

“So grateful that my son was one of the 169, thank you @CRY_UK. Lovely to meet you today @suz_rowan you are an inspiration #RememberingRobert”

We were delighted to welcome Dr Steven Cox CEO of CRY, CRY Patron and former Brentford FC player and manager, Andy Scott, along with Brentford FC players Pontus Jansson and Josh Dasilva. Also in attendance were MPs Dr Rupa Huq (Ealing Central and Acton) and Ruth Cadbury (Brentford and Isleworth) over the duration of the weekend. And we had several players from Brentford FC Women’s 1st and B Teams visit for screenings too!
