198 Young Hearts Screened with BFC Community Sports Trust

CRY TEAM (L-R): Steve, Tony, Muge, Emily, Alice, Annie, George & Dr Nirmitha Jayaratne BFCCST Staff Emily & Graham

We hosted our 9th CRY Heart Screening event last weekend, providing potentially life-saving cardiac assessment for young people aged 14-35. This was our 5th event with the club (where Robert was Technical Director until his untimely passing in Nov 2018) and 3rd at the BFC Trust Community Hub as part of our Heart of West London initiative.

198 young hearts were screened taking our cumulative total to 1586 #RememberingRobert

“Screenings save lives and knowing that others will benefit and can be protected from an undiagnosed heart condition brings a lot of comfort”
